• Walk the beaches of Lettergesh and Glasslaun, enjoy the scenery, listen to the music, drink the Guinness, but above all, relax.

Irish Music Break, Renvyle

Morning rambles, pub lunch, afternoon acoustic music sessions around the turf fire. Hear accordian, whistle, guitar, mouth organ, banjo and fiddle by some of the best local musicians. This trip is a real must if you enjoy your Irish music.

Western Explorer, Renvyle

This is an excellent introduction to walking and climbing in Connemara’s landscape of mountains and valleys. We walk my favourite section of the “Western Way”, a pass which takes you into the Inagh Valley where you walk between the rocky Twelve Bens and the stunning Maum Turk mountains. Either climb Diamond Mountain which is 1,450ft in height or the challenging Tully Mountain. We visit at least one of the offshore islands on board the “Western Explorer”, a custom built 30’ rib. This excellent craft with its twin 165 diesels is one of the most seaworthy vessels on the west coast of Ireland.

Island Hopping, Renvyle

Visit Inishbofin, Inishturk and Clare Island. Enjoy spectacular views and tour each island on foot, walking between 4-5 miles. Macdara’s Island is 7 miles out into the Atlantic and is uninhabited - a special place.

Easy Rambler, Renvyle

For the less energetic walker, we now have the “Easy Rambler” break. Very similar to the Active Sightseeing holiday, but the walks have been reduced in length and the pace is very comfortable.

Lighthouse Inn, Kilbaha

• Escorted cliff top walks. Very safe, but giving excellent views.
• A day in Kilkee. Easy cliff top rambles, stroll the beach, relax.
• Saturday night traditional Irish music performed by local musicians.
• Take the ferry across the Shannon to County Kerry and stroll the beach at Ballybunion.
• Visit the Bridges of Ross, a remarkable product of cliff erosion by the ocean.
• Maps provided for self guided rambles.
